About Orland Park Junk

Why we price by the item
The standard junk removal quote is a fraction of a truck: an eighth, a quarter, a half. Nobody knows what an eighth of a truck looks like, so the number gets settled in your driveway with the crew standing there. We do it the other way around. You text a photo of the couch, the fridge, or the corner of the garage, and we send back a price for that item or that pile. It includes the labor, the carry, the drive, and the disposal fee. If the picture matches what we find, the price does not move.
Where we work
Orland Park and the towns that touch it: Orland Hills, Tinley Park, Palos Heights, Palos Park, Homer Glen, Mokena, Frankfort, Oak Forest, Lemont, New Lenox. We keep the radius short on purpose. It is what lets us fit a single mattress pickup into the same afternoon instead of making you wait for a full route, and it means we know the local rules, like which bulk items the village hauler will take at the curb and which ones it will leave with a sticker on them.
What happens to your stuff
Clean, working items get offered to donation outlets first. Appliances, metal, and electronics go to recyclers, and electronics are never landfilled because Illinois law does not allow it. What is left goes to a permitted transfer station. You are not charged extra for the sorting. That is just how the truck gets unloaded.
What we are not
We are not a franchise and we are not a booking site that resells your job to whoever is nearby. The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up. We do not carry a showroom of testimonials on this site because we would rather you judge us on the price and the pickup.
